Kathryn Klvana is an actress and writer with more than 25 years of professional experience. Since moving to the Washington area, she has established herself as a prominent female voice in Democratic campaigns. Her voiceover work includes documentaries for National Geographic Explorer, The Learning Channel and the Discovery Channel, national television and radio spots, and numerous corporate videos. She works frequently as an on-camera narrator and host.

Kathryn started her career touring with the National Shakespeare Company, and has appeared Off Broadway and in regional theatre. Television and film credits include: VEEP, House of Cards, Game Change, The West Wing, Homicide, America’s Most Wanted, Grapevine, Moon Over Miami and Murder at 1600. She received TIVA Gold Peer Awards for voiceover narration and spots, as well as for on camera acting – dramatic. Her work has been featured in numerous Pollie Award-winning campaigns and several Emmy nominated documentaries.

Over the past decade, Kathryn has pursued interests in meditation, intuition, healing and consciousness. After learning about dowsing, she was so taken with the age-old technique for finding water, she wrote a book about the subject, Intution in an Instant: Discover your Inner Wisdom through Dowsing (Llewellyn, 2011).
